NOTE: Not recommended for those pregnant in their late 2nd or 3rd trimesters. All exercises are done laying on the back. Laying on the back for a long period of time will cause the weight of the belly to push down on the inferior vena cava. This can constrict blood and oxygen flow to the baby.
However, this is a GREAT video to watch for educational purposes and to get a preview of the type of easy core work you would start doing early in postpartum!
