Bottoms Up

Recommended Props: Mini Ball (or anything to squeeze behind knees)

NOTE: If you are in your late 2nd or 3rd trimester of pregnancy, please take precaution with the beginning bridging exercises on your back. If you start to feel symptoms of dizziness, nausea, sweating, increased heart rate, or reduction in blood pressure, simply roll to your side and take a break from laying on your back. The weight of your baby could be pushing down on your inferior vena cava (vein).
