“PAMPER DAY” at Tara’s Retreat
May I just compliment Tara at Tara’s Retreat on her thoughtfulness and attention to detail in organizing a special day for our group of 8 friends and colleagues just before Christmas. The initial attraction was the fact that Tara is a highly qualified teacher of Pilates – so difficult to find here in the Murcia region. But to that, after various discussions, were added the options of sessions with a Clairvoyant, a Massage Therapist and/or a Reflexologist. The massage and clairvoyant sessions we chose were excellent, and the Pilates of such obvious professionalism that we have persuaded Tara to come and teach our own Pilates group after work once a week. Add to this the chance to relax and chat in the hot tub between sessions and a really delicious lunch, and we were unanimous in our praise of our “pamper day”. We shall certainly be organising more days like this !!

Dear Editor
I just wanted you to know how much I enjoyed the 'pre Christmas Shape up with Pilates day' at Tara´s Retreat on 5th December. This included a delicious, but healthy lunch, Pilates, relaxation and the chance to learn how to make mosaics, which I really enjoyed. there was also the chance to have an optional reading with a leading clairvoyant!
Tara´s retreat is a beautiful place in a lovely location and hosts Tara and Dan made us all feel very welcome. It was also nice to meet some new ladies who share similar interests.
